*2	(a) Registration fee for students of 24 years old or younger will be JPY3,000 upon presentation of a passport or a valid student ID card from the Japanese university to prove your age at the registration desk onsite. (b) However, students of 24 years old or younger who are presenters at WCE2017 should pre-register by email with a registration form and ID required, by June 15, 2017 (midnight Japan Standard Time). The registration form in Excel is available here. The registration fee for these students is JPY3,000 and should be paid onsite. (c) The cut-off date for students who are 24 years old is the date of their registration.

Note: Accommodation and transportation fees are not included for any of participants, student and accompanying persons.

Method of Payment:

Registration fee must be made in Japanese yen using a valid credit card online. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB. Please note that after your registration payment, your credit card statement will show the transaction listed as “Proactive Inc.”, which is the name used to administer on-line payments for this event.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress secretariat.

Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat no later than July 20, 2017 (midnight Japan Standard Time).
A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making refund.
Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received on or after July 21, 2017 (midnight Japan Standard Time) or for no shows.
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
